Thanks for trying my game! The throttle issue you were having is likely caused by having a conflicting control also bound to the throttle (eg. gamepad, keys etc.) having multiple devices and methods for using the same axis is usually fine but sometime you may need to remove the binds you don't plan to use (especially if you've already touched them or used them to send some input through).
As for the panels not 'being on', that's an understandable interpretation, they ARE on but to have them display any information you need to press the buttons on the edges (the ones with the glowing triangles) to select what page to view. For example pressing the button next to the 'RAD' label will open the radar operating page.
