hai mam😊.today I tried preparing peanut brittle ,the taste was good but the consistency was not like brittle. it was like rubber consistency... kindly say Wt to be done for getting the crispness.

You could have timed how long exactly you had to heat (in what flame setting) to get that consistency and exactly how much water you had to had.
