What’s YOUR favourite smart home automation

What about when you need the fan on for other reasons? Won’t the automation turn it off?

I’m an electrician in nz and we have a local company that sells us extract fans with built in humidity sensors. We advertise this and recommend it to all our landlords and property managers as a sure fire way to ensure that the property is being cared for.

Been using this for years and it’s great! Although 85% is likely a bit high of a number, I do 70% personally to ensure the fan isn’t turning off prematurely
