do you have experience with the pulse gl66? considering buying one with a i7 11800h and 3070 with 8 gigs vram but i have a msi right now the gl62m 7rd and its HORRIBLE its literally overheating all the time and falling apart piece by piece so im stupid hesitant to waste my money on a comapny that doesnt stand behind their product not to mention i contacted support one time about my bios being locked out and they literally told me to fuck off and then ended the chat i was STUNNED i wish i would have screenshotted it and sent it to like the bbb or the ceo of msi or something

MSI would be glad to know i stepped my laptop up to the maximum 32 gigs of ram, 2.5 TB of SSD, wifi 6E card, Liquid metal cooling paste with a cooling pad, ive disabled all windows privacy invasion, i intend to flash my vBIOS after I do a little more research, and im gonna use a Dremel to add even more strategic ventilation to the under carriage..

I got msi sword 15 and it’s beast I’m loving it. I play R6 on and it’s give me 144fps to 240fps on ultra settings during game session. And give me around 800 to 700 during loading game season. I play on 1080p rtx4050 16gb rams and has icore5. I play Bf5,4 and 2042 they all run smooths and I play all my games on ultra setting. I play gta5 online give me 80fps to 90fps also warzone run good too

I Had a really bad experience with MSI. The laptop surface and keys on the left side heats up extremely. So much heat that it becomes unsafe to touch. And the company is not taking their responsibility for this. Bought it in May 2023

Their support , technical and warranty team in India has a very very poor performance. They do not understand the seriousness of this issue as it can really hurt the user and many of them are kids.

Extremely Disappointed in MSI. Its a genuine review. Not expecting any money back, but just want to spread the words for the safety of people.

I have handed down to my daughter an MSI GF63 Thin that has a Core i5-10300H, GTX 1650, upgraded ram, & 2TB Sata SSD teamed with a 32" 120Hz Monitor that she has been extremely happy with and is far better than a chromebook. About 6 months ago, I picked up an MSI Thin 15 i7-12650H that has an RTX 4050, 64gigs of proper Samsung DDR4-3200 memory, 2TB Sata SSD, and 144hz refreshrate. I do have a 32" Samsung G55A 165Hz monitor currently hooked up to it. I will hopefully be desktop savvy here soon once again as I recently ordered a Ryzen 7 9800X3D setup with an RTX 4070 Super. The laptops have been very good to us. A good part of that is taking care of it. Both are on fan powered treys 2 help dissipate heat, and at the end of each use, the power cord comes off, and a microfiber towel overlaps each of the edges to prevent any small buildup of dust.
