The freaky operatic music in this map reminds me way too much of Ace Combat games when your team is getting picked off and the choir kicks in.

No mention of how the arrested suspects directly tell you that the Left Behind seemingly have more acts of terror planned, when you arrest them. In fact, some of them imply they plan to do something on the very next day.

Theres a paper outside volls office, next to the pile of burnt evidence that might connect to the green dragon society.

This map could of had a bad ass cutscene but just didn’t, void needs to reimagine single player mode

I CANNOT BEAT THIS LEVEL GAAAAHHHH

Shayne, STFU i'm talking now.

First time i did this level upon the 1.0 release, I deployed on the upper outside steps (haven't played in a while might be called something different. Its the highest point on those steps that you can deploy anyway). Kitted out with a beanbag shotty, the team had the same.

We entered the top floor from the stairs, had the team scope out the inside with a optical lens before entering. We go in... sweeping each room from the main corridors. Handcuffing a few hostages/civs.
We come back out to the main corridor, bad man runs at us from literally NOWHERE hahaha and we beanbag him up so hes in a cloud of smoke. He goes down to his knees, we cuff him. And the level is over.

Easiest S rank ever. Took about 3 mins.

Every time after that, the level has been swarming with bad guys. That's what i love about this game.

I honestly think this game takes place in the same universe as F.E.A.R , Trepang2 or some sort of cryptid heavy world.

I like these mild supernatural aspects but I have to wonder if they'll end up being the main focus in the near future which i'm honestly not the keenest on...

I still dont exactly understand who are we fighting on this map. Are the suspects members of "The left behind", or are they Secret Service agents who went rouge (if yes then why they went rouge)?

Pretty sure the message from Johnny is meant to explain why he's not in the new map as Johnny was the biker boss.

The story telling in this game is on the same playing field as Spec-ops The line

Will you cover the mission Elephant next? It was inspired by the Columbine High School incident & the 2003 movie of the same name.

The use of charade was really good in that myself and others initially thought it was a suspect threatening a hostage. Very clever use of parallel audio at the scene becoming confusing.

Ready or not

I thought that the level was also supposed to be haunted. I thought its name starts with C to be similiar to the cecil hotel. also it feels like I never heard music in other levels but here you can hear a women sing with creepy music. Also you start on the roof and its raining heavily and the girl in the real cecil hotel incident was found on the roof in a water tower (?). and you find some elevators that are open and dont seem to work proberly and there is this famous video where she seems to be in distress in aan elevator. might all be a far stretch but thats where my mind went.

i hate this level

Sometimes when you arrest one of the rogue agents, he says something along the lines of "This is only the beginning" or something meaning the same thing. Since it's currently the end of the Left Behind storyline, this seems like a strange line to have them say. Maybe it's a hint that the Left Behind will feature again in a planned DLC, or maybe it's generic bad guy dialogue (because Void pays a lot of attention to the details... until they don't)

Most creepy map 2nd place. Just after the farm. Mostly because music

I don't know if this has been mentioned previously, but the plaque about the city hall seige mentions Sovereign America. This is a reference to SWAT 3, as there is a group with that title, and you arrest one of their members and his son in the second mission. The plaque also mentions the attempted detonation of nuclear weapons, which is very prevalent in SWAT 3 as well. The primary threat in the game revolves around several suitcase nukes going missing and the threat that they will be detonated during or around the time of a nuclear disarmament treaty signing.

Hugo Gutierrez is a real one though you gotta admit

hey hey hey wait, if history repeats itself and they passed the revolvers to the station, do you think there may be a station shootout mission or something or the other? cause ready or not tends to foreshadow sometimes and this might be one of those instances.

out of all the missions this one screams the new Batman (Pattison one) to me the most. Rainy night, art deco hotel, and the family of a (allegedly) corrupt political paying for his sins. Vibes be vibing
