It has been interesting and satisfying watching Archer go from Archer Rd to where it is now. Hope I can stop by one of your events sometime.

"100 employees working on power train" (alone) doesn't sound like a simple system -- in man years of engineering time it is indicative of an immature technology . The 'rogue's gallery' of hired in talent seems to be solely silicon valley sourced -- and could be described as a little incestuous even with ex wisk and other staff plus a fairly young cohort (no aviation industry persons , no more experienced engineers/designers ) Outsourcing the basic design as seems to be the case and results in lawsuits over proprietary IP also loses control and exclusivity --the patent lawfare issue.
The extreme cantilevering of the front props invites whirl flutter especially if any imbalance arises -- and destabilizes in yaw (requiring larger tail surfaces which will increase the weathercocking in hover and gusts ) putting large masses at the ends of 'bomb racks' is asking for trouble . Comparing one C 172 engine to one of TWELVE electric motors is misleading -- you NEED so many more KW just to lift off or land so any savings are illusiory . The logic about using gearboxes is opposite to 'others' rationale for not , FMEA consequences apply plus maintenance...

It seems like they're using oil cool or water cool engine design, however they didn't mention about the thermal manager system for both e-motor and battery. I believe thermal system is playing a import part for safety as well.

I'm still convinced that battery planes are barking up the wrong tree. The power/weight ratio of a turbine engine is hard to beat. Electric power train, great. Multi-hour recharging? Nope.

With 6 propellers.....are you working to lower noise and increase efficiency with the new Toroidal propeller design.

What kind of emergency systems does this aircraft have? If a motor were to catch fire, is there a way to release or drop the motor and possibly the cowling to eliminate danger to the rest of the aircraft? Is there a safety parachute for passengers? Is there a whole aircraft parachute? You stated that you use common components. Will this reduce the costs?

There is nothing in this world that is an Electric Engine.

Motor and Engine cannot be used interchangeably, ones highly efficient and the other isnt; ones heavy and the other isnt.
