For some reason I'm really feeling like the shandorians may have some sort of connection with the Lunarian tribe. I mean think about, both tribe has wings, lives somewhere above the sea, has an ancient past, may or may not have connection to the void century and are both more dark-skinned than normal. I think its safe to say that maybe the Shandorians are descendants of the Lunarians and a neighboing tribe that is similarly related.

The skypeia hate is insane. I’m one of the few weirdos who loved the arc at face value then when I started diving deep into the lore it just got better.

SPOILERS (theoretically)

If the will of D is a half moon and the skypeians are FROM the moon this could mean Luffy is a direct descendant of not only Kalgara but also the original Joyboy.
The theories of him being part lunarian could also be valid because both races are from the moon. Upon coming to Earth they could have mingled with humans/giants/buccaneers leading them to being “half moon”
This could further hint at Oda’s allegory of Luffy being the devil “enemy of god” (a fallen angel) AND how in the Bible where the fallen angels slept with the humans and created Nephilim which led to god flooding the earth!
