Lady with an Ermine Documentary

Nice video. I'm in the middle of doing a copy of this painting, and now wonder whether I should give it back the original blue-grey background and make the veil transparent as it wraps under the chin. It always looked odd to me that the hair seems to warp under the chin rather than the other way towards the braid down her heck. An inept over-painting would explain that anomaly, as well as the gold band across her brow, which is evidently a remnant of the original transparent veil.
