When can we expect to see it in stores?? What's the MSRP?
ОтветитьIs the drop only for .223/5.56 or will there be a .308/7.62 one also? I like it, it's the big brother to the 1x4 accupoint.
ОтветитьNo Tritium. No Fiber Optics. Not Impressed. It looks like any other low power scope. In fact, I can't see how this "VCog" is any better than the Leupold Mark6 1-6x scope. The Mark6 has a Zero Stop & exposed low profile locking target turrets, which this Vcog lacks.
ОтветитьIt doesn't seem to have turrets for adjustments, but I don't think it's for a super precision sub moa shooting. It's range it, put it on the reticular, fire. Or imo anyway. You don't have to be impressed, the are many 1-6 optics out there, for your picking. This is just another tool that may or may not fit your needs or wants.
ОтветитьShut up and take my money!
ОтветитьAlright, I'm interested and curious. Would like to see a version with Trijicon's famous dual illumination (thinking fiberoptic and batteries mainly) but I'm curious.
ОтветитьIt has significantly better battery life and may very well be more durable than the Mk6. That being said, the Mk6 will still be cheaper in all likelihood.
ОтветитьIn response to the question from #ExploreInTheWoods below, per the Trijicon VCOG data sheet, there are seven reticle choices which cover three calibers: 5.56, 7.62, and .300 BLK. .
Ответить5.56 / 55 Grain Ballistic Reticle5.56 / 77 Grain Ballistic Reticle 7.62 / 175 Grain Ballistic Reticle 300 BLK Ballistic Reticle
Ответить5.56 / 55 Grain Ballistic Reticle, 5.56 / 77 Grain Ballistic Reticle, 7.62 / 175 Grain Ballistic Reticle, 300 BLK Ballistic Reticle
ОтветитьVery exciting. What are the magnification settings - 1x & 6x? Would also be nice to have a ~3.25x setting to have some magnification with a large enough exit pupil for low light situations.
ОтветитьJust saw a pic of the magnification dial with what looks like numbers 1 through 6 so guess there are plenty of settings. Very good. Would have sacrificed settings other than 1x, 3.25x & 6x as unneeded in favour of quicker adjustment & possibly some decrease in mechanical complexity, but it's probably no biggie.
ОтветитьI'd buy one if it had Fiber optic top + battery backup.
Ответитьmy only prob with the video is where the hell are the Marines. I dont care about 3 gun or cops. I know Marines put gear thru more tough shit than the other 2 can even dream of
ОтветитьI knew many Marines going out and buying acogs yrs before they became "issued" to us. So more than likely the same will happen again Marines will go spend money on gear long before the system gives it to us. And again I'm pretty sure Marines are rougher on their gear than cops whos weapons sit in a armory most of its life. and maybe 3 gunners will give it a go if they are sponsored since most of them dont really care they will just get a new toy from the company if they break it
ОтветитьCan you use it without a battery?
Ответитьwhy do I see a QD lever and a bolt on in another scope?
Ответитьyup agreed my friend. if it can survive a tour with the marines its a tough optic. the marines are rough on all their gear. i work on armored vehicles for them so i know. '
Ответитьthe info is on their site like list price around $2200, it will work without a battery but wont be illuminated no tritium, is has all the reticles on there too with drop compensators for .223 in 55 grain and 77 also has reticles for .308 and 300 black out. Just click the link.
ОтветитьPut out a version with mildots reticle/MRAD turrets!
ОтветитьOnly $2800.00!!!!! Get yours today!!!!!!!
ОтветитьStop acting like we need police with AR's everywhere. DHS & the Police State are bad enough already !
ОтветитьI don't know why people are saying the mk6 would be cheaper. Everywhere I have looked they're going for 2100+ and that's without a mount. So add on a couple hundred extra bucks for a decent mount and you'll easily be over what this will cost. Word is this will go for about 2k. So you may save 2-300 going this route. I want one.
Ответитьheh "freedom fighters".
ОтветитьI'll stick with eotech.
Ответитьi love this scope so much
ОтветитьOk , everyone needs to stop with comparison between the vcog and the mk6,
It's not even close to a vcog !
Stop it ... lmao
Look at all these fat guys running around. HAHAHA. Look at how hard they tried to hide Fishers beer gut,. LOL"
ОтветитьThey advertise VCOG to LE and military, but it's the citizen's market that they will gain the most money. I suggest they make a version of the Vcog that Government will not buy and sell it to us at a lower price to maximize profits. we want the rugged outer shell and shock resistant parts with the design factors to favor hunting and personal defense. LE can have the human killing versions we want a hunting version.
ОтветитьIn Monster truck show announcer voice: The new Trijicon VCOG. Only $2380!!! Yes, more expensive than the rifle you'll strap it onto!!! Can't afford it? Just send us your left nut as a down payment and we'll set-up an easy payment plan. Get duped TODAY!
ОтветитьMight as well opt for Elcan Specter TR for the price
Ответитьare these available in MW2?
ОтветитьI hated this scope. Got this 6 months back and returned it 2 days later. I find it weird went with your 1-6 AccuPoint and the glass is at least 4x better. And it's half the cost.
This scopes glass quality is on par with the vortex strike eagle imo.
ACSS please !!!!!!
ОтветитьACSS ACSS ACSS
ОтветитьDo they still engrave Bible verses on their products? F that. Iron sights for life!
ОтветитьI have paid 1,200 for an acog but 2,000$ for a 1-6? You are crazy.
ОтветитьI purchased one and need to know how to use it effectively.
What are the specs necessary for the BDC to be accurate on the 1600007? Ammo (Ballistics Coefficient, Muzzle Velocity)? Sight height over barrel? Zero Range?
Why is this information not readily available on the Trijicon website?
Ok, ok, ok, now your just throwing your BDE all over my holosun and sightmark to darn much, in about 2 to 3 days I'll be joining the trijicon family So I can throw my BDE all over everybody myself
