ОтветитьI’m going to have to start tweaking it like you say, I’m at a standstill for too long. I think it’s time to lower fat and calories for me. For some reason, my appetite is crazy lately and feel as if I’m missing something, maybe a nutrient. I’m going to have to figure out a lot.

ОтветитьMy Walmart is often out of the blue bag of burgers. So I bought the same % at Winco and they were dense and chewy! Oh yeah... I've gotten the frownie face from my daughter using aluminum foil. HAHA Gotta make some soon but thankfully have steak leftover!

That "stuff" is a liquid protein that has coagulated by heat. Albumin is its name. Its also in egg whites and milk. You know what happens when you heat egg whites, heating milk is how you get cottage cheese.
