Food grade peroxide along with baking soda works as well I think it kind of works better because you don't have to worry about that vinegar taste in your fruits and vegetables shalom

Do the same but let the veggies inside for 30 min. .. I asked google, because I remember a scientist recommended these method, but can't find it anymore. He said the veggies as good as organic. But I really don't know ....

I would say use filtered water to go next level if you can. Great video as even organic are not 100% clean unless you pick it from your home or local farmer you can ask.

Bicarbonate of Soda and Salt - use your own measurements. Place in running water, dissolve and place fruit / veg in for 10 minutes or over night as I do.

Once the pesticide has been sprayed you cannot remove the pesticide from the fruit or the vegetable. It's already inside. Once glyphosate has been sprayed upon your food it is in there forever. You eat said fruit or vegetable and that is how the glyphosate gets in your gut and your urine. You cannot remove glyphosate. Once the damage is done, it's done. If you want to make sure there's no glyphosate on your fruits and vegetable then choose organic. They still use herbicides, but they don't use glyphosate. You mean how do you clean the dirt off Your fruits and vegetables? 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I ran out of Trader Joe's veggie wash so I just used lemon juice I had already juiced free from a lemon tree on the property I rent from and then baking soda. The water seems way dirtier than the veggie wash with the same veggies that I use so I haven't went back to buying except lemon season is over so I bought lemon juice instead.

I wash all fruits & veggies in vinegar water. Let soak at least 10-15 minutes while I am doing other things around the house. Rinse very well in a strainer if needed & let dry on the counter on a clean dish towel. I reuse the water/vinegar 2-3 times. I am always surprised at how dirty the water is. I cannot imagine not washing my fruits/veggies now. You can taste the dirt, etc. on unwashed food.

You can't remove pesticides, its inside and all over. Buy things that are not sprayed and then you can do this cleaning. If you do it that way, you can't really do more to avoid pesticides.

You need a enagic K8 kangen water machine! It'll change your life. I cleaned my fruits and veggies with 11.5 ph water from my machine.
This water machine will make from 2.5 to 11.5 pH water. 2.5 Is a antibacterial water that cleans cuts and sores 6.0 beauty water for toning 8.5 to 9.5ph for drinking 11.5 for degreasing. There's over a hundred different uses for the different pHs that this water machine makes. If you're interested I can send you more information 🫶

White vinegar is apparently not good for the body the way that Apple cider vinegar is ( with the mother of course ). I don’t know where I heard that but I’ve heard that a couple of times …to try to avoid white vinegar . Cleaning fruit and vegetables in the same way that you show here with Apple cider vinegar works the same way except I don’t buy the Apple cider vinegar with the mother for washing as it’s too expensive. I suppose it’s just the more processed Apple cider vinegar .

Wash only with a 1/4 th of a teaspoon for a big bowl and then rinse with fresh or filtered water! Banking Soda water cleans all vegetables and salads like this and meats too blueberries bannana you don’t do, oranges and lemons and limes yes if you want to use the rind. All fresh herbs yes , strawberries and soft skin berries a quick wash and out because they turn whiteish in colour. It burns their soft skin! This saline water Great for washing ears and belly buttons and feet, good scrub for all body parts lol 😅😊

I’m pretty sure adding backing soda to vinegar just makes the reaction change the ph and basically turn back to water. Not sure how the reaction cleans anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think soaking in one or the other then washing off could possibly aid in the rinsing but just plain rinsing should suffice.

When you mix vinegar with baking soda they just cancel each other out because one is acidic and one is basic so even though it has a satisfying fizz it's not actually beneficial
