GGXrd Rev 2 Matches (New PC Patch) - Jam (HGhaleon) vs Answer (Villagebear)

Just wanted to do a general test of the new patch for PC netcode that came out on June 15th. Overall, it's slightly better but it needs work. It's still no where near Rev 1 quality level of net code. Villagebear is in the same state as me (only 15 miles away) and we both have solid wired internet connections. Frame delay was anywhere between 2 and 6 but I did still feel some hiccuping/slowdown. It's a better start but I'm still not satisfied with it. Hopefully next patch improves it further.
