A person who has history of defrauding people and cheating will never deliver to the American people except for few of his select billionaire friends and those who feed his narcissistic ego.

Do not flaunt the checks he sent you. Both Trump and Biden sent you checks. Trump sent $1,200 per individual then $600 by December 2020. President Biden sent $1,400 checks per individual. The difference? President Biden didn’t place his name on the check unlike Trump. Why? That is people’s money, not his.

During his 2016 presidential campaign, Donald Trump made several key promises that remained unfulfilled by the end of his term in January 2021. Notable among these were:

1. Building a Border Wall Funded by Mexico: Trump pledged to construct a substantial wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, asserting that Mexico would bear the cost. While approximately 458 miles of barriers were built or reinforced (52 miles new barrier and the rest were replacement barrier), Mexico did not finance the construction; instead, U.S. taxpayers funded it.

2. Repealing and Replacing the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare): Trump vowed to dismantle Obamacare and introduce a superior healthcare system. Despite multiple attempts (6x), comprehensive repeal and replacement efforts failed, leaving the core structure of Obamacare intact.

3. Achieving 4% Economic Growth: Trump aimed for an annual economic growth rate of 4%. However, even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the economy did not reach this target, with growth rates averaging below 3% during his tenure.

4. Eliminating the National Debt: Trump promised to eliminate the national debt over eight years. Contrarily, the national debt increased during his presidency, partly due to tax cuts and increased government spending. US debt increased by $7.8T, which was 40.43% increase of national debt.

5. Implementing a $1 Trillion Infrastructure Plan: Trump proposed a significant investment in infrastructure to revitalize roads, bridges, and other public works. This did not happen. It was President Biden who signed the Infrastructure and Investment and Jobs Act in 2021 which allocated $1.2T of projects throughout the country.

6. Renegotiating the Iran Nuclear Deal: Trump criticized the Iran nuclear agreement and promised to renegotiate it. Instead, HE WITHDREW the U.S. from the deal in 2018 without securing a new agreement.

7. Reducing the Trade Deficit: Trump aimed to lower the U.S. trade deficit by renegotiating trade deals and imposing tariffs. Despite these measures, the trade deficit increased during his presidency. The trade deficits per year during his term were:

8. He promised that there won’t be any car manufacturing plants close during his term. Fact is there were several plants closed especially in MI and Ohio

9. He promised Foxconn will build $10B LCD manufacturing plant in WI which could have created 13,000 jobs. This never materialized and factory never built.

10. In his 2016 campaign, Donald Trump pledged to deport millions of undocumented immigrants, focusing on those with criminal records. Upon taking office, his administration expanded immigration enforcement priorities, leading to increased arrests and deportations. However, the total number of deportations during his term did not surpass those under previous administrations.

When he assumed office, there were approximately 11M illegal immigrants. There were still 11M illegal immigrants when he left office. His administration did not secure the border nor pass any comprehensive border and immigration bill.
In terms of deportation, Obama deported 3.2M illegal immigrants compared to Trump deporting only 2M illegal immigrants

The intensified enforcement caused fear and uncertainty within immigrant communities and strained relationships between federal agencies and local jurisdictions. Additionally, industries reliant on immigrant labor, such as agriculture and construction, faced labor shortages, impacting productivity and economic stability.

Price gouging was the number one reason that inflation became so high. There are many reasons why companies were able to price gouge, but the biggest reason was reduced competition. So many businesses went out of business and either consolidated and/or were acquired by other businesses during Donald Trump's administration. For example the number of domestic and foreign gas companies reduced by half. This allowed the companies that were able to survive to collude with each-other to artificially raise prices by reducing supply. Gas companies were intentionally reducing the amount of resources they drilled from the ground because they knew all the other gas companies would do the same. The same thing happened in the animal agricultural industry. Many small business farmers had to sell their businesses to large animal agricultural businesses like Tyson. Once Tyson and a few other companies had total control of the market they reduced their supply which sent prices soaring. This had down stream effects to fast food companies who had to sell their product for higher in order to retain the same profits. This goes on and on. Around the world this happened, but America was doing far worse then the rest of the world while Trump was president. Then Biden's administration took over and America went from the country that was impacted the worst by COVID to the country that recovered the fastest from COVID.

The economy? WE have the best economy in the world. Inflation was 9% when Biden took office and now it's just over 2%. That young lady was RIGHT on, PUBLIC EDUCATION is the way we rise. IT has been DEFUNDED and if Donald is elected, the Department Of Education will be gutted and possibly eliminated per Project 2025.

In a town I use to live in they had a show called Town Hall where they did group discussions like this about local issues and then it just went off the air as there was more competition from the cable networks. I miss the shows like Donahue and Oprah. They brought people together to talk about issues, entertainment, etc. I live in Arizona and it was nice to hear what is on the minds of people in other states. Thank You! When you see election results for a town that has over 3000 people and less that 50 people vote in local elections they still don't engage. Most have been indoctrinated to think that only the presidential election matters.
