Cano, Ellis, and JT all have pretty good cut and roll shots with this style. Could a follow on vid to the flat bag be one on cut/roll with this style? Also, would love to see some airmail execution analysis with this style.

Great video, thanks! I definitely try to incorporate the finger blast and I also wrap my index finger around the front and take my pinky off the back and tuck it under the bag

Is this style good with any speed of bag? Or slower? Like 3/4

I try really hard to throw a flat bag. My bag has a little tendency to go nose down but I am really accurate. I just need to get it. Flatter
