You clearly allowed this atrocious acts to take place under your supposedly careful watch. From the sham elections to the senseless killing of Elvino and now bandwidth trotholing and attacks with actual bullets to peaceful protestors. The EU interests are far from Mozambique, nor Africa freedom..

What irritates me is that the EU donates the funds for the election in the past 30 years but never do anything to expose the frauds and measures to correct the problems. Now for example there are some easy measures they could already have suggested to the Mozambican Authorities: One: At those 10 ballet stations they saw ballets being added fraudulently, and any other stations where the observers and political parties were denied to be present due to no issuing of credentials; the election to be repeated; Two: Where the President of the station refused to sign the minutes and alongside the police or electoral authorities, took the ballets to unknown place; the election to be repeated. Should the political parties have certain documents to prove the voting outcome, these documents must be subjected to an audit in the presence of all political parties' representatives to ascertain on whether it is true or not. Finally, the data entered leading to the results must be audited and confronted with the documents issued at the ballets stations.
