But how do I get rid of the exclamation mark

for example if i want a command to be !kick (user) how do I make the bot kick that person?

so i'm not sure if you know how to do this but lets say i wanted to add like a command for example, !hug @user and text pops up"@user has hugged @user!" how would i be able to do that?
